Winter time, and the living isn't as easy. It calls for comfort.
I'll say it straight, I went to Whole Foods and fell in love with this brand of natural fruit purées that are unsweetened and have nothing added in them. You just get the fruit. A taster later, I had apple, plum and pear in my bag. You can really easily do that at home, but its a matter of lazy vs i'dratherbeonmyphonerightnow.
So, winter morning, fizzy face, plop some Greek yogurt in a bowl, side with fruity baby food, add some walnuts because you know they will help you through the day, sprinkle fruit for them goals and drizzle some maple syrup, so you feel you've grown up a bit.
